Refund Policy

Thank you for considering Nivora Jewels for your diamond purchase. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality lab-grown diamonds and exceptional service. As lab-grown diamonds are a unique and specialized product, please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Buy Back / Return the Product

  • Receive 100% of the metal weight value based on the current market rate.
  • Get 80% of the diamond value at the prevailing market price.
  • Any discounts applied during the original purchase will be subtracted from the exchange amount.
  • The maximum return value of the product is capped at INR 3,00,000.
  • The return of the certificate is mandatory. Failure to return the certificate will result in a deduction equivalent to the cost of certification.
  • Making charges, shipping charges, and taxes will be deducted from the offered exchange value.
  • Nivora Jewels reserves the right to adjust product valuation based on the results of the quality inspection.
  • Nivora Jewels reserves the right to refuse jewelry with third-party alterations, which will render all product warranties null and void.

Buyback and Exchange on Customized Jewellery

Due to the bespoke nature of customized jewelry, crafted specifically to your unique preferences, Nivora Jewels reserves the right of final decision regarding buyback or exchange requests.

Exchange or Upgrade Anytime

Get credit based on the prevailing market price:

  • 100% for metal
  • 80% for diamonds
  • (Excluding making charges and taxes)

💰 Maximum value: INR 3,00,000

  • If the item is damaged, or missing stones/certificates, a proportional amount will be deducted from the exchange value.
  • Making charges and taxes will be deducted from the exchange value.

Order Cancellation

  • Within 48 hours of order placement: Eligible for a full refund, minus payment processing fees (if any).
  • After 48 hours and before shipment: Will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to making charges + payment processing fees.
  • Orders once shipped: ❌ Cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Procedure for Buyback / Return / Exchange

  1. Initiate the Process: Contact Nivora Jewels at 📧 support@nivorajewels.com Include your Order ID and purchase documents (e.g., photo of the bill received with the jewellery).
  2. Response Time: Expect a reply within 24–48 business hours, detailing your eligibility and the estimated market value of your item.
  3. Approval and Pickup: Once approved, a pickup will be arranged from your location. Ensure that all items and the original diamond certificate are included.
  4. Quality Assessment: Upon receipt, a thorough quality check will be conducted. The final value will be determined based on this inspection, accounting for any defects or missing items.
  5. Funds Transfer: Approved funds will be processed into your bank account within 7 business days.

📌 Note: Nivora Jewels reserves the final right of decision regarding buybacks and exchanges, based on inspection results and prevailing market values.
