Domestic Shipping (India)

For domestic buyers, all orders are shipped via registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post (Speed Post).

Orders are typically shipped within the time frame communicated during order confirmation, and the actual delivery timeline is subject to courier company/post office norms.

International Shipping

For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier services and/or international speed post only.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method, but international shipments usually arrive within 7–14 business days.

Please note: Custom duties, import taxes, or any additional charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are dispatched:

  • Within the timeframe communicated at the time of order confirmation, OR

  • As per the agreed custom timeline (for made-to-order items),

  • Subject to receipt of full payment and item availability.

We guarantee to hand over your shipment to the courier/postal service within the committed time frame.
However, Nivora Jewels is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, postal services, customs clearance, or unforeseen transit issues.

Delivery Address & Confirmation

  • All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout.

  • Delivery of services will be confirmed via email to the address provided during registration or purchase.
