1 - Scope & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases, whether made:

  • through our website www.nivorajewels.com ,
  • via WhatsApp, phone, or social media orders, or
  • at our physical retail store at the above address.

By purchasing from Nivora Jewels (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2 - Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from us.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into binding contracts under Indian law.

3 - Orders & Acceptance

  • Online Orders: An order is confirmed only after full/partial payment and written confirmation from our team.
  • In-store Purchases: An order is confirmed upon issuance of an invoice/receipt at our store.
  • We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or incomplete information.

4 - Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed primarily in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments may be made via UPI, net banking, debit/credit card, cash, or approved financing/EMI partners (where applicable).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • In case of a pricing error, we may cancel/refund the order.

5 - Delivery, Shipping & Risk

  • In-store Pickup: Risk of loss passes to the Customer upon collection from our store.
  • Courier/Shipping: All shipments are covered under insured shipping. Risk transfers to the Customer once the product is delivered by our shipping partners.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays due to courier, customs, or external factors are beyond our control.

6 - Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Non-returnable items: Custom-made, engraved, personalized, or resized items.
  • Eligible returns/exchanges: Standard products with manufacturing defects, provided they are unused and returned with the original invoice, packaging, and certificates.
  • Shipping/handling costs: Non-refundable unless due to our error.
  • Cancellations:
    • Must be requested within 48 hours of placing the order.
    • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun.

7 - Product Authenticity & Warranty

  • Our diamonds are lab-grown and come with authentic certification from recognized grading laboratories.
  • We warrant products against manufacturing defects. If detected upon receipt, we will repair or replace the item.
  • Warranty does not cover:
    • Normal wear and tear.
    • Mishandling or unauthorized repairs.
    • Accidental damage.

8 - Intellectual Property

All designs, trademarks, images, logos, and content are the intellectual property of Nivora Jewels. No part of our website, catalog, or store displays may be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.

9 - Privacy & Communication

  • Personal information is collected and used as per our [Privacy Policy] (to be linked on the website).
  • By purchasing from us, you consent to receive order-related communications via SMS, WhatsApp, phone, or email.

10 - Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nivora Jewels shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the product in question.

11 - Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay, cancellation, or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, strikes, transport delays, courier disruptions, or government restrictions.

12 - Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.

13 - Store Conduct

  • Visitors to our store must respect store property, staff, and security measures.
  • Any misuse, theft, or damage may result in legal action.
