1 - Domestic Shipping (India)

  • For domestic buyers, all orders are shipped via registered courier companies and/or India Post (Speed Post).
  • Orders are typically shipped within the timeframe communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • The actual delivery timeline depends on the respective courier company/post office norms.

2 - International Shipping

  • For international buyers, all orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier services and/or international speed post.
  • 📌 Note: Any custom duties, import taxes, or additional charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

3 - Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are dispatched:
    • Within the timeframe communicated during order confirmation, OR
    • As per the agreed custom timeline (for made-to-order items).
  • Dispatch is subject to receipt of full payment and item availability.
  • We guarantee to hand over shipments to the courier/postal service within the committed timeframe.
  • However, Nivora Jewels is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, postal services, customs clearance, or unforeseen transit issues.

4 - Delivery Address & Confirmation

  • Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.
  • Delivery confirmation will be sent via email to the address provided during registration or purchase.
